Service Description

The purpose of face-to-face appointments is to provide participants with a personalized service that is tailored to their individual needs and circumstances. During the appointment, the NDIS representative will discuss the participant's goals, needs, and aspirations, and provide advice on how to access the supports and services they require to achieve them. The face-to-face appointment may involve a range of activities, depending on the participant's needs and preferences. These may include: Information and advice: The NDIS representative will provide information and advice on all aspects of the NDIS, including eligibility criteria, available supports and services, and the application process. Goal setting: The NDIS representative will work with the participant to identify their goals and aspirations, and provide guidance on how to develop a plan to achieve them. Support coordination: The NDIS representative will provide guidance on how to access and coordinate the supports and services that the participant requires to achieve their goals. Plan management: The NDIS representative will provide information on how to manage the participant's NDIS plan, including budgeting, plan reviews, and reporting. Referral to other services: The NDIS representative may refer the participant to other services or organizations that can provide additional support, such as advocacy services or disability support groups. Overall, the face-to-face appointment is designed to provide participants with the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their NDIS plan and supports.
